Tim Kilpatrick

General Manager

Tim has over 30 years’ experience within the chemical industry. Originally starting in sales he went on to lead his own sales, formulation and manufacturing SME group for industrial speciality chemicals which also included recycling and hazardous waste companies. After selling these businesses Tim moved into chemical distribution as General and Sales Manager for a business unit within Brenntag UK.

Having experienced working in a corporate environment Tim expanded his managerial range and moved into the financial services industry, as Group Managing Director for a multi-site disaster restoration company servicing the insurance industry.

Tim has extensive experience leading SME teams in the management of Sales, Admin, Operations, HR, Procurement, Quality, IT and Finance functions pursuing a ‘client-focused’ approach.

In January 2019 Tim joined Penman Consulting as General Manager, dividing his time between our Brussels and Oxfordshire offices. He is responsible for ensuring we deliver a high-quality service for our clients.
