Megan has 7 years’ experience as an HR professional. She started her career at Skanska in 2013 as an HR Administrator and within 3 years, worked her way up to become an Associate HR Business Partner.
In 2015, Megan completed her CIPD level 5 in People Management and became an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development.
During her time at Skanska, Megan was an accredited Mental Health Ambassador (Regional Lead) and volunteered for numerous charities, including Arrival Education; a charity aimed at helping socially and ethnically diverse students reach their full potential.
In 2020, Megan took a career break to care for her three young girls and returned to work in September 2021 to a short-term resourcing role. Megan then went on to start her current role as an HR Manager, at Penman Consulting, in November 2021.
