Federica joined Penman Consulting in January 2022 taking on the role of Project Administrator. Before joining the team, she worked in other industries such as hospitality and real estate investment.
Outside of the workplace, Federica is studying towards a BA (Honours) Business Management degree at the Open University.
In her spare time, she likes spending time with her family, reading, and baking.
