Michelle Manton, Penman Consulting’s Quality and Vendor Manager presented at the 2020 RQA International QA Conference which was held virtually for the first time, on 10-12 November 2020.
Michelle’s topic “Sponsor Oversight of GLP Third Parties” described Penman Consulting’s internal Quality Management System, which has been designed to ensure we continually meet the highest possible standards for our clients and optimise relationships with our third parties.
The conference hosted a varied programme with a focus on the conference theme ’20/20 Vision: A New Frontier?’, and included plenary sessions, GxP streams, QA Clinics, exhibition area and a range of virtual networking tools, such as 1:1 chat, chatrooms, discussions and a community lounge.
Attendees were members of the research quality assurance industry, representing global contract research organisations, as well as pharmaceutical and industrial chemical companies.
