Active Steward v8.2

A new version of Active Steward has been released, some of the main changes are listed below.

New IUCLID regulatory working contexts have been included in Active Steward. All IUCLID files types can now be used in Active Steward.
The importation of invoices can now be automated.
New export capabilities for Studies.
Entity/Study registrations can now be marked inactive.
