Anand has a longstanding background in the Chemicals Industry that started 35 years ago within Shell. He is an experienced Chemical professional with an international track record including R&D, process cost improvement consultancy, product regulation and logistics safety. Anand is an experienced product regulatory professional with more than five years of experience in working in industry associations and authorities. He is the co-founder of the HOPA REACH consortium that is managed by Penman Consulting. Before joining Penman Consulting, Anand last role was ‘Global HSSE Performance and Reporting Manager’ in Shell Chemicals’ global HSSE leadership team. Anand received his degree in Chemicals Technology from the University of Amsterdam.
