Carole Lamant holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Compiègne in France.
Her first job was as Principal Scientist in R&D at Baxter Healthcare in Belgium. She worked at Baxter for 8 years and then moved to Kraton Polymers Belgium where she worked for 17 years in the Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs team as Regulatory Senior Specialist.
Her main hobbies are aquabiking and horse riding.
