Penman Consulting BVBA was founded in Brussels in April 2007 by Mike Penman to provide services to manufacturers and importers in the chemical and oil industries, based upon business needs and detailed practical experience- over 30 years of active involvement in services to environmental safety in major corporations and related trade associations.
