Interpretation of Analytical Data: Monoconstituents & UVCBs

This 90-minute webinar will provide practical guidance on interpreting and reporting analytical composition data for both UVCB substances and monoconstituents. It is designed to help registrants better understand ECHA's expectations for analytical data, how this information is assessed during compliance checks, and how to report composition data accurately and consistently.

During the session, LOAT and ECHA will:

  • Explain the purpose of variability and stability data and how these data should be interpreted.

  • Clarify the distinction between UVCBs and monoconstituent substances, including the relevant composition thresholds.

  • Explain how to report both boundary composition and legal entity composition for UVCBs.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the webinar, alongside a dedicated Q&A session at the end to address specific queries and provide further clarification.

This webinar is recommended for all registrants responsible for preparing or maintaining REACH registration dossiers.
