About LOA REACH Consortium

Helping manufacturers and importers meet EU REACH obligation.

The LOA REACH Consortium was established in June 2008 to support manufacturers and importers of Lower Olefins and Aromatics meeting the EU REACH Regulation. Registration is mandatory for companies producing or importing one tonne or more per year within the EEA, ensuring safe use and continued market access.

The consortium has remained open-ended, welcoming applications from EU and non-EU manufacturers and importers. Non-EU companies must be represented by an EU-based Only Representative.

Consortia Members

As of December 2025, the consortium includes 43 active members.

For a full list of members, please visit the LOA REACH Consortium website.

Member participation in the consortium helps companies maintain compliance efficiently, ensuring that dossiers remain up-to-date and aligned with regulatory expectations.
