Penman Consulting BVBA was founded in Brussels in April 2007 by Mike Penman.We provide services to manufacturers and importers in the chemical and oil industries, based upon business needs and detailed practical experience.
In October 2008, Penman Consulting Ltd. was formed in the UK to strengthen our project management and data management services to these markets.

We have over 30 years of active involvement in services to environmental safety in major corporations and related trade associations.
